Learn how to make parks and public spaces work for teenage girls

As part of our educational outreach, we offer CPD training to anyone who would like to learn more about our work. Each session takes around one hour, and members of professional bodies (Landscape Institute, RIBA, RTPI and others) can log the study time as formal learning around inclusive design.

What the CPD covers
Our CPD is designed to educate attendees about our charitable objectives and the evidence behind our work. Every session covers:
- An introduction to our work and achievements over the last five years
- Seeing the issue through a gendered lens
- Our past and ongoing research
- What teenage girls want — and need
- Barriers to change
- Rebalancing play provision
- Resources to support your projects
- Case studies of what better looks like
Meet the presenters
Our CPD sessions are delivered by experienced practitioners in design, research and campaigning for better public spaces.
